I recently had a baby so I am working hard to lose the rest of the baby weight. We are going to be moving soon so I am worried that I will gain from the stress and not having a good routine. I have been stuck at the same weight for a while now! Looking forward to encouraging each other!0 -
So umm, yesterday was not Saturday. The holiday threw me. I weighed yesterday but decided to weigh again today. And I've finally made it into the 100's!!!

Don't let stalls get you down! I was in a slight stall the last two weeks of June. I decided to stay off the scale for a couple of weeks and just keep doing what I needed to do. My July 1 weigh in came as a great happy surprise (because the scale had actually gone up a bit but I didn't log it)
