    7/03 ......................... Cleaned parent's home / moderate effort for 60 minutes
    7/04 ......................... Ran 5.05 miles (avg pace 9'55") for 50 minutes. Later in day walked 3.6 pace for 60 minutes. Total: 110 min.
    7/05 ......................... Walked 3.75 pace for 60 minutes
    7/06 ......................... Walked 3.50 pace for 55 minutes

    Anything is possible! I don't know if I'll make 24 in July, but I will track this month as see what it comes to, and maybe I'll count this as my prep for 24 in August!

    July 4 = 3 miles, approx. 60 minutes
    July 6 = 2 miles, 35 minutes
    July 7 = 60 minutes, hatha yoga class

    This group is kickin' butt!!! Makes me want to do so much more!
