I dont know about miles but I drove over 2300km in a year according to runtastic mountain bike. Before a few days I did a 45km ride in one way and had to return home which made it over 90km in a day, but without any preparation whatsoever. Thats my max km ride, which i did twice in a year. Goal: 3000km I guess0

Know lot less than most of you but I'm shooting for 100.
I got my bike back in October or so and rode for first time in 20 years then, rode until it got too cold and got it back out about a month ago. Then last Wednesday I went for speed and did right around 3 miles, next day I couldn't walk. Lol.
Took my walmart 18 speed mountain bike into bike shop this last weekend and they tuned it up and looked it over for cheap. Was really nice and weren't hateful, so if I ever get the money they will be shop I'll go to and buy myself a real, fitted bike, got to work with what I have at the moment though.0 -

I am trying to ride every day even if its only a little bit. Sometimes it seems if I do not ride for a couple of days, suddenly over a week has go by and I haven't been biking0 -

I saw this and I wanted to join this group. I love biking and I am trying to get more into it. I bike to work when I can, and run on my off days. My goal is 100 miles for July.
July 1: 4.9 miles to work and 4.9 back. ( the back takes twice as long due to down hill to work, and up hill all the way home). 15 minutes vs 32 minutes.
July 2: 4.9 miles to work and 4.9 back.
