Sure you can join! We set ourselves a mileage goal per month and log the miles we do everyday! I just added 8 more miles tonight! First it was 3 miles running, 1.7 miles walking, 1 mile on the StairMaster and 2.3 miles on the bike.0 -

need to get on my miles...doing spin class a couple times a week and have been too busy during the day to take me lunch time walks the last few days this past week...
i'm on it this coming week......2.5+ mile walks each lunch day at least 3 of the 5 work days and then treadmill at night either at home or at the YMCA when i go after the kids are in bed....
i need to make my miles and i think i'm fine but i'd rather get ahead of the ball NOW....0 -
I like this challenge! My current goal is 10 miles given I started late but I'm sure I'll make it past that soon. I'll be getting in a total of 6 miles just going to work 2 days this week.0

Today was a REST day on my TF/CLX hybrid workout but I bundled up and took the furry kids for a 2.5 mile walk through the snow!!0
