    First and foremost congrats on saying bye to 100lbs! Secondly isn't it crazy how trying times.can make us stronger and realize we can do things if we put our mind body and soul into it? Life is precious and after losing so many loved ones its made me stronger and take care of this body I given. Perfection doesn't exist.. We will always have bad days, weeks months or years even but as long as we keep ourselves motivated that's all that matters! Thank you for showing others your accomplishments... I know it still helps me in this journey to see other's success stories.

    What is it about losing a ton of weight that makes people look so much younger? Babies have rolls, and they look young
