I choose Turmeric. Even the scientists are getting all excited about its qualities, Anti-inflammatory and research into its
cancer fighting possibilities.

    Fresh ground black pepper. I enjoy lots of things like garlic, ginger, mustard powder, paprika, etc. but I am not a happy camper if I don't have pepper available.

    I recently moved to Tunisia so I'm finding new ways to make everything. Right now I'm eating a lot and I mean a LOT of turmeric. It goes great in everything.. Potatoes? yup. Eggs? yup. Soup? yup. Eggs? yup, yup.

    Just discovered Trader Joe's 21 salute seasoning. No salt and awesome in everything. I love using it with cucumber, tomatoes, a splash of vinegar and olive oil. Just toss the seasoning all over and yum!

    Black pepper! I love the stuff, add it to so many things. Also a big fan of chilli powder, like a dash of tabasco sauce as well. I like spicy things in general. Black pepper is the best though.

    Probably season salt for me. I'm a novice cook so I never know what to do with spices, but & a sprinkle of season salt on just about anything makes it amazing! I love it on hashbrowns, and was surprised to find how good it was on fresh steamed green beans!
