Mine's sometimes more, and I don't even eat fruit. Just oats, rice, potatoes, tortilla chips, pasta, and a few veg. The brown stuff gives me acid reflux.0 -

Started off around 120g net carbs, and currently just under 50g. Dropping below 50g has been more curiousity for me, and will stay here a little longer, then probably dial back up the carbs but stay under 100g. No matter what carb level I've been at in the above range, my appetite and control have remained the same, thus my calorie deficit throughout has been rather easy to maintain I've found.0
