    I try to stick to 100g and under a day, but if I get up to125g I'm not upset. It's just on the high end for me.

    Same. my goal is 25% of my calories so about 105g. I'm not strict about it though so if a have a couple days closer to 150, it is what it is and don't worry about. It all evens out in the end.

    Depends on my then current goals. On average, when cutting, its between 160 and 220g (depending on how deep my cut is) and when maintaining its about 280 - 300g.
