I try to stick to 100g and under a day, but if I get up to125g I'm not upset. It's just on the high end for me.
Same. my goal is 25% of my calories so about 105g. I'm not strict about it though so if a have a couple days closer to 150, it is what it is and don't worry about. It all evens out in the end.0 -
