    I'm on Keto, so my carb intake is anywhere between 15-25g a day.

    Wow! I feel like I eat a lot... I am at 225g and still adding more each week until I stop losing weight.
    I was as low as 130g/daily when I was dieting and I found my food options so limited.

    Over 200g even on rest days for me, and easily over 500 on longer ride days on the weekends. I know most people are not endurance athletes in training, but I cannot even believe that some of you would want to or even be able to eat only 20g of carbs a day. Mind blown

    I aim for this, but will get there with time, and dedication. I think the low carb thing, is related to health issues, but can't be sure.

    Started at 275g. Been cutting for 7 wks now and I've lowered as time passes. Currently 230g on training days and 150g on rest days.
