I just found this thread so I haven't been adding my time in an itemised way incrementally, but it did make me curious as to how much time I'd spent exercising this month. I track all my exercise on mapmyrun and found that I have exercised 21.5 hours in July so far. Pretty awesome! And going off my schedule in the next few days, I should JUST make it to 24 by July 31st.0

Ok need a little clarification. are you trying to log in general for MFP purposes? or for the purposes of this challenge?
If you are doing it for the purposes of this challenge, and you are doing a 45 minute video, then you should count as 45 minutes completed.
But if you are doing it for general MFP purposes then I would count it with a rough estimated speed you are walking, if you are walking at a 4. or 4.5 speed then count as that
