How much money do you spend on groceries?

I am finding I spend quite a bit for just myself.
However, I think it's an investment to buy quality items in order to try and stay healthy.
I buy organic whenever I can and rarely buy too many 'already' made products - I make
meals/snacks (ie: soups, crackers, protein bars).
I don't eat meat - but will have fish
So...I spend around $100.00/week
So I am curious about other people's 'budget'. Please share.

About $200 every 2 weeks for 2 people. That doesn't include the produce my MIL buys me at Costco.0

We're a couple, we spend about 80$ a week. We don't buy organic because we can't afford it. Luckily for us, here fruits and vegetables are very cheap and they're about 80% of what we buy every week (we're vegan).
I think what helps a lot is we make so many of our food ourselves - bake our own bread, make lots of stuff from scratch. It takes time but saves a lot of money.0 -

I eat clean and organic and it is more expensive. I spend probably close to 400 or 500 a month on food, I need to find a way to cut that down cause I can't afford it. Once the farmer's market comes back with the organic produce or I can successfully grow my own the amount will go down some.0

About $125/week for 2 adults. My fiancé eats a lot of processed food, and I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. So, I'm buying 2 different sets of food.0

Probably around $800 for a family of 3, but that includes everything we buy at the store.... diapers, wipes, bed and bath products etc. And it is 3 square meals a day for all 3 of us - we don't eat out as I prepare everything from scratch.0

I have $189 per month for food, and often don't spend it all, so maybe $40 per week average?
I'll occasionally get a frozen pizza, and really like pan-fried Chinese dumplings (frozen), but don't get much processed food.
I've really increased the amount of produce I eat. Dinner the other night was 4 oz of ground beef, 2c mushrooms, 1c onion, 1c green beans, and 1c summer squash.
I eat animals, in moderation. Salmon is a favorite, though it's expensive so I might get it once a month instead of the once a week I'd prefer. Often I'll get a tube of frozen ground turkey.
I also hit the ding & dent bin first thing as I come in the store. Amazing deals for 99c on produce (and sometimes other items, like tofu or juice) that's not quite nice enough to sell at normal price, but still quite edible. I think I have 6 containers of tofu in the fridge now, some that come with flavored sauce and they're already cubed. Sounds like I should plan some stir frys.0 -
I spend about $300 per month for me. I stock up on chicken breasts, seafood and beef from my local BJ's. Fruits and veggies from local produce stands. I buy very little processed food (approx $25 or less per month) primarily yogurt and cheese.0

We spend about £100 ($170) a week, which includes cleaning products and loo rolls. We eat healthily, and don't buy lots of snacks or anything. There are 5 of us - 2 adults, a 5 year old, a 3 year old and a 3 month old. Obviously the little one doesn't have any of the food!0

Under $100/week for a family of 3. We use tons of coupons paired with store sales. To really make it work, you have to get used to buying what is a good deal that week - ie, if peaches are on sale this week, we have peaches, if berries are a good deal, we have berries. If berries are not on sale, we don't get them. I buy whatever brand of yogurt is on sale, that sort of thing. For healthy eating, remember that you can find coupons and good savings on frozen veggies, including organic sometimes. Family of 5- $300 a week in addition to that we go through 4-6 gallons of milk each week that we buy on a daily basis... My husband and I are eating healthy, organic fruits veggies and meats/fish. I buy some snacks for the kids but mostly granola bars, chex mix type things. Some weeks it could be less but we average around $300. :ohwell:0

Same spot as you - lots of produce and no meat for me, just fish, and The Hubs eats some meat. We spend about $125 - $150 per week and don't eat any meals out. I don't regret a dime of it!0

For myself, my husband and son (he is 20) who both have very physical jobs and require lunches packed we spend about 1000$ a month.
That does not include liquor, personal items etc.
We buy whatever we want usually. We do however buy in bulk when we can.
75% of what is bought would be considered "healthy". The rest of prepackaged items for lunches, snacks etc.
We do however have a garden in the summer from which I can veggies, make spagetti sauce, salsa, jams and since my son and father in law are hunters we also have wild game in the freezer most of the time. I also cook a lot such as bread, cookies etc.0 -

I probably spend upwards of $100. Maybe $125. I buy a lot of meat and some organic food. I eat a ton of protein and produce and don't fill in with any cheap grains: a whole family pack of chicken breasts, 2 steaks, a carton of eggs, a package of bacon, and usually one more pack of meat: sometimes beef or pork roast, and lean ground beef or turkey. That in meat alone is expensive. I eat 2700 calories per day for one person, very little of it processed/pre-packaged, so fueling that kind of diet is expensive. I get all of my fish from nature. Produce is also quite expensive where I live. I rarely eat out though, so this accounts for the fact that nearly all of my food is eaten at home or prepared at home and brought somewhere else.0

For me alone it is about 120 a week. But I have found that now that I don't eat out at fast food places, I am actually saving money. Before i would buy healthy, but lots would go to waste. Also I have fallen in love with those green food containers that keep food fresher longer. With it just being me I can buy a bit more in bulk when on sale and it will last.0

On average my boyfriend and I will spend about $70-$80 on groceries every two weeks. I have a schedule that doesn't allow me to cook at least two days a week, so we tend to eat out more than we should. $40 of it goes to our bi-weekly produce box, and the rest goes to chicken breasts, bread, eggs, milk and some other type of meat.0
