But is there something we can all agree on from every aspect?

    1. if you can't pronounce the ingredients, put it back on the shelf.

    2. excuses get you nowhere.

    3. anybody who is making an active attempt to improve their overall health deserves respect and admiration, no matter what they look like right now.

I don't know how to say "sriracha".

I agree that the view from after doing it compared to the view before starting is a way more positive bright one. I also agree that compared to how hard I thought it would be it has actually been much easier

    1. Water, in its liquid form, is wet.
    2. The sun is hot
    3. myfitnesspal.com is a website
    4. Global thermonuclear war would kinda suck

I think that's a pretty exhaustive list, right there.

    Fit is hot!

A chubby chaser would probably disagree with you.
  • I agree with the water intake. Look our world! I have the swimsuit, the running shoes, the book, and feel I have the determination to eat less but better, get more sleep and develop an attitude of gratitude for the health I do have. Eat less, move more, accept yourself and give it your best shot. Will keep up with my calorie count on the charts. Feeling blessed. As you can tell, I dropped out. Don't plan to now. Today is 6 Aug 2014. Here is to much less of me by Christmas!

Do you think we can live a healthy life without fruits and vegetables?

yes... as long as you're getting a multivitamin to make up the difference.

what about working out... can you be healthy and not workout?

that depends on what you mean by working out. people can be healthy without dedicating specific time to specific exercises. people who have active jobs or lifestyles make up for going to the gym.

however, i firmly believe that anything is possible with the human body. that includes being healthy without dedicated exercise or being more than lightly active.

Do we all agree that losing weight for health reasons is a good idea?

Well, some of us need to maintain or gain. And you can have an "overweight" body fat percentage while being active and healthy.

I think that we can all agree that weight can have an impact on health and we should consider that in our goals.

Yes. I didn't mean to not include maintain or gain.

Talenti is the best of the gelatos available at the grocery store?

    Depends on the grocery store.

What's better than Talenti? I need to know for research purposes.

I'm a huge fan of the Gelato Fiasco peanut butter stracciatella. It *might* be better than Talenti, although it's close.

basic, yes, but i still do not agree with that being the key to weight loss. there are too many medical and physical factors that can get in the way of that process.

I seriously wracked my brain and I think I came up with one.

    Nobody's perfect.

Before you make your "I am" joke, it's really not that funny. Save yourself some time.

You don't think I'm perfect?
