What is the one thing that people say on MFP that irritates you the most? For me it's when people say Vegans don't get enough protein!

I've only heard self-proclaimed vegans say that when they are asking for protein ideas.
I guess all the threads about cutting out food items annoy the crap out of me.0 -

"I'm giving up XXX food..." Especially bothers me when it's nutritious staples such as potatoes and rice, which have sustained world populations for millennia. FYI--Calorie for calorie, potatoes contain more vitamins and minerals and fiber than a banana?
First world problems, I guess to have the luxury of turning up a nose at such foods. (DISCLAIMER--Of course, those with insulin resistance or diabetes, of COURSE you've got a legit reason to watch those carb numbers. I'm not talking about you folks. Just general food demonization based on Pinterest and stuff.)0 -
