    It is now 7 weeks until Labor Day

    Joined MFP: 199.5
    Today's weight: 198.5 (lost 1/2 pound in first 3 days - is that good?) :ohwell:
    L-D Goal: 185

    I've been averaging 1 1/2 lbs per week, so I may miss it by 1 pound, but I'm OK with that!!!:happy:
    Of course, I may meet the goal and then I'll be really happy! :bigsmile:

    opps. so i got a new scale and apparently my old one was a bit off... 20lbs (i knew my weight seemed too high) so my new start weight is 150... and new LD goal is 145!!! (hehe... new scale = the easiest 20lbs ever!!!!) :bigsmile:

    Ok so Update.
    Currently I am at 179.2 so I lost 4.4 lbs this week, yeah, but I have been working extra hard as we have our engagement party sunday and I have not seen a lot of these people in months. I should slow back down to the healthy rate the rest of the challange or not well see.

    update, 2 weeks down. My cuurent weight is 178.9, so 4.7 down. I had a fun weekend but had to re lose 2 o the 4.4 from the week before. It was our engagement party though and my friend and I were up the night before making/eating cookies.

    13.9 lbs to lose
    lbs per week left: 2.13 per week
    STILL ON TRACK

    Update, 3 weeks in. My current weight is 175.3, so I am down 8.3 lbs total.

    So 5.5 weeks left
    So 10.3 LBs left to lose
    Lbs per week 1.87
    STILL ON TRACK.

    That was my weight this morning too, :sad: , yeaterday it was 174.9. oh well. Behind a week. I was so sick though i did not really make it into the gym.

    Another week behind. I was down to 173.7 but am back up to 174.3 so I am maintaining. I have been eating ok, most days are under the calories though, who knows. I have went to the gym 3 times but was just doing the treadmill maybe I need to up it. I don't know.Anyways another week down, atleast I am not gaining.
    So 3.5 weeks left. Going with the 173.7 I have 8.7 lbs left to lose. Which is 2.48 lbs per week. I will be close to my goal but I am not sure if I will make it. I want to do this right, I may try to make it into the gym for the classes instead of the treadmill, that may make a diff.

    I have not been to the gym in like 2 weeks, but I have been doing ok on food. I am not going to make my labor day goal, but I am still losing so thats ok. I am down to 172.4 So 2.5 weeks left, 7.4 lbs to go, LOL. Maybe my goal should be 170 instead.

    I'm so tired...I might have a better chance of actually going INTO labor insted of losin pounds...I just want to sit around in my PJ's today...YAWN!

    I know I'm like really, really late, but I did have a goal to get down by Labor Day. I was on another site that I didn't like as much, so I heard about this one and love it so far (the 20 min. i've been a member:love: ) Then I saw your posts and thought I'd jump in, if it's ok.

    Checking in I have lost 8lbs so far, but I don't think that I am going to meet my goal of 129, however, I am thrilled with my progress.

    Final check-in = 126 lbs. I am pretty far from my goal, but I still lost enough to make me happy, so it's going to be a good birthday after all, I think! :happy:

    OK - yesterday was Labor Day. I made it to 186.5, so I missed my goal by 1.5 pounds. I'm OK with that because I'm still averaging 1.5 pounds a week, which is pretty good. Especially since just 2 months ago I would never have dreamed I'd be 186.5 by September 1st! :smile:
