I saw a high of 172 a week and a half ago. And have WORKED MY BUTT OFF getting back. Now my scale say 162.6, and I double checked it lol, so I am PROUD! :-D0 -

Does anybody else watch The Biggest Loser? It inspires me every time I watch it. I just might have to get up in the morning and workout! I will listen to my body as each day goes on and see if I can workout the following morning.I will though stay with my goal as to working out at least 3 days a week. I feel really good today, I am not sore at all. I started back with level one on JM 30DS, I lowered my weight level so I think that helped.And I really focused on using my stomach muscles during abs so I didn't pull anything in my back.
Yes Sandy It will get you a workout. Stick with it and your stamina will build. Because I am in better shape than I have been, I was playing Just Dance on the Wii with my neighbor, I was kicking her butt...it felt awesome!!
Congrats Julia on the Cappaccinos...awesome start! Just focus on your staying within your calories...you can do it!
Kel...what is the date of your wedding? I bet you are getting so excited!

don't know what happened oh well. i am never going to get 15 off by end of march.
I bet that you CAN get it off by March. You are frustrated and hit a rough patch, but I KNOW you won't give up. Keep pushing. Your body may just surprise you! you Cathy. You can do it.0 -

Yesterday was a "snow day". Actually icy rain, but kids had off school, hubby was home by lunch, friends were over. So what did I do? I made buttery croissants. Oh yeah, and banana/chocolate empenadas. And just for extra fun, homemade cinnamon sugar pretzels with lots of butter. I did taste test all of them, but didn't go TOO overboard. But it was definitely a carb out day. Did get to do Zumba, but didn't get to exercise as long as I wanted as I went with my best friend and she re-injured her knee. So today, as soon as work is over, I'm hitting the gym for a 30 minute run and aerobic class. All doughy goodness were packed away last night. Hopefully, out of sight, out of mind.

veins were not behaving yesterday morning for blood draw. so have to go back today. drank so much water last night and already have drank 2 glasses this morning. should be able to get another one down before i leave. i am hungry. i can't eat. so i will stop by somewhere when done and get something. or i could pack me something better yet. i have errands to run while i am out. and it's Wednesday, military day at goodwill. i will pass a few of those. need to check to see what they got. i stopped buying clothes.
well off to shower and get myself ready for the day. in my 3-4 funk that comes around every few months.

AFM...I had another great night! I did my JM Yoga Meltdown. I think my weekly plan will be as follows:
M-JM No more trouble zones (55 min)
T-JM Yoga Meltdown (35 min)
W-JM No more trouble zones (55 min)
Th-Jackie 15 min Abs, Upper, Lower or Total body
F-JM Yoga Meltdown (35 min)
S-JM No more trouble zones (55 min)
S-Jackie Extreme time saver total body workout (30 min)
This of course could change when we have plans, but it sounds pretty good to me. And if I ever want to switch things up, I always have my shred workouts!!

B-Simply Cinnamon Corn flakes, skim milk, coffee w/sugarfree creamer

Well, 2+ pounds down but still 1pound more than the start of the challenge. I will get back down no problem...too bad I put on 5 pounds or I would be near one-derland.0 -
Oops fell off the wagon again over the weekend. I just don't have any willpower when it comes to football. Of course I drank way too much and then there are all the munchies. So needless to say it is taking me a few days to pull my head out of my *** and get back with it. I did how ever spend Monday on the golf course and walked three miles yesterday. Today is all about my walking dvds and some circuit training. So far today I have burned over 700 calories. I am going to try to be good this weekend (cough cough). I will be rooting for the steelers. Come Superbowl Sunday I will be all about the AFC team no matter who is playing.
Julia Thank you for the compliment about my dog. She is a she and is a Wolf / Akita mix. She is the love of my life. And is 12 years old. We spend almost every waking moment together as she gets to go to work with me. Her name is Whiskey woo.
Kristin I haven't worked out with the jullian yoga since the first night I got it. I think I am going to work with the shred again until my ankle gets a little more healed. I found that it was a little tough on it. But I have plenty of other Dvds to play with. Have you heard of Melt it off with Mitch Gaylord. He uses a medicine ball with his workout. I really like it.

Hello everyone!
I got the day "off" today because my little "Drew-Bug" has a nasty cold. I feel so bad for him because he barely gets over one and picks up another one. Such is the life at daycare. So I stayed home with him because last night he was up at least every 2 hours coughing and hacking so mommy and he were VERY tired today! Hopefully tonight he sleeps a little better.
Well as I normally am when I'm home, I feel like my diet doesn't exist so I pulled out the chips and cheese. But fortunately, I stopped myself before I got too far and resolved to be better the rest of the day. I think I did it too! We shall see around next weeks weigh-in.
Kel - Where do you work that Whiskey Woo gets to go along?? Oh and we may have a little "rivalry" on here now because I'm a huge PACKER fan, so I'm hoping for a big win against the icky Bears on Sunday. Then if we do go to the Bowl, well, you won't be cheering them on!!! :noway: That's ok, I won't hold it against you. Actually I really like the Steelers too, but I'm personally hoping for the Jets because I think it would be funny if Brett Favre's 2 ex-teams went to the Superbowl. Ok that's enough football talk for me. :yawn:

every 6 weeks we start a new challenge. we weigh in on tuesdays. this coming tuesday will be our last week on this challenge and than we begin a new one. someone will post a new week and there will be a list. you add your name to the list and the numbers required. every week you copy/paste the list and move your info from the bottom section to the top section.
example:
cathy (chipper15173)......SW XXX/ GW XXX/ CW XXX/ PROG. +/- XXX
SW is starting weight of the challenge/ GW is what you would like to see the scale say in six weeks/ CW what you weighed that tuesday or week. PROG is what you did that week.
you are more than welcome to join us for this last week and than begin a new challenge with us.
afm....i am off to get this house cleaned and begin some deep cleaning. i just feel it's needed. really need to get the seeds started for the garden. was to do that weeks ago and didn't. suppose to be nice today. need to warm up the dirt. and thaw the seeds. also putting together an exercise routine to begin next week. going to take the rest of this week and work on food intake.

One of my friends off my birth board is coming on Saturday with her family .... the first one to visit our island! (YAY)
And I am officially enrolled in Ashworth College Online! Studying towards Child Care Career SKills!
Will take about six months!
And that will be the first step .... second step is home-schooling my babe this coming fall .... for preschool .... third-step ... opening up my own preschool .... kids club ..... !!!!!!!! Will also put all my portrait stuff in theback .... for any appts made!!!!!
So im going to be a busy bee! but looking forward to all of it!
