My weight has been super up and down this week. I'll have a bad day and gain two pound, have a good day and lose two pounds. It's crazy so I'm not sure what's going on. I hope to do a little better with being under my goal this week.0 -
Angela - that fluctuation is all perfectly normal. As long as you have an over all downward trend that's all that matters. Don't go too far below your goal, it's a goal to aim to reach not a limit to how much you should eat. It was set for a reason (E.g. if your goal is 1400 and you're getting 1350 fair enough, but 1100 would be way too little).

I don't have a lot to lose:

But I am having real trouble shifting it! I used to run 20+ miles per week and although I'm still managing 10, and cycling everywhere, I am snacking way too much and comfort eating to cope with work stress!
I was a steady 112 until this March, and it's crept up and up...
