I like to mix with light miracle whip. Cut a cucumber in half and spread it and eat like a sub.0

I like to mix canned tuna with sour cream & salsa and eat it over lettuce (kinda like a taco salad). Sometimes I will add shredded cheese, tomatoes, and tortilla strips0

I mixed it all together and ate it with an Arnolds whole wheat sandwich thin. You could also do it as a wrap, put it over salad, or just eat it by itself.
Heck yeah I am going to look into this!!0 -
make a regular salad, add tuna and olive oil and balsamic vinegar
make rice, add tuna, diced peppers, black olives, chopped pickles, diced cheese, green onions (really whatever you like you can add) and chill in the fridge for a few hours
make rice, add tuna and chopped cucumber. eat with wasabi.
sautee a red onion, add tomato sauce, some fresh cherry tomatoes, tuna, and salt and pepper to taste. you can also add black olives (just before serving). let simmer 30 minutes. serve hot over pasta.0 -
I love making this tuna sandwich.
I mix one can of tuna with ~1 tablespoon of hummus (spicy is my favorite), and add any spices I'm feeling. I spread the mix over a sandwich thin, or my favorite, naan cut into two halves (I love the recipe from budgetbytes.com and add my own spices). Then, I top it with spinach and avocado.
One can of tuna usually makes three or four sandwiches for me.0 -
I mix mine in a bowl with 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, some garlic pepper, diced cucumber and toss a tablespoon of sliced almonds in. Yummy! :-)0
