    If you google search "DDP Yoga workout schedule", and click images, there are images of the schedule. They're not 100% clear, and you might need to print them out and piece them together, but it is out there.

    I just ordered the dvds and plan yesterday, so will begin when they are delivered next week :) Very excited!!
