I'm in - think this may be a thread I used to post in more than a year ago and then concentrated more on cycling and this took a sideline - want to do both now!! Not least because I've got a trip to NY booked at the beginning of November and I don't want to be looking back at fat pictures for years to come! My aim is to lose a stone by then...in just under 9 weeks. Perfectly do-able if I stick to the programme!!!

I really need to lose weight this month. I have gained streadily for 3 months :-( I have a trip to Italy planned and really want to feel good about myself!!
