Awesome job you guys!!! I'm super impressed with Mary!!!!! I've been looking at her food diary and she eats awesome!!!! Also Sam, your workouts are INSANE!!! Tanya don't sweat a small gain! If your food intake is healthy then that's all you can do! How is your exercise? Maybe you could add that in? Looks like we all need a boot camp week this week!!!0

Ok everybody sorry for being late ... things have been so chaotic lately. Last weigh in I didnt lose ANY weight :sad: .... this time things look a little better though.

So happy I finally lost. I will give it a harder try this week and work out harder and stuff too. I am glad we are all in this to win it together as a team. Makes me feel more pushed to know some1 else is in it with me and it also challenges me cause I dont wanna make it to weigh in and everybody lose but me0 -

P.S. The ROCKSTAR award for week 2 goes to Mel!!!!!!!!!!! She lost 4.6 lbs this week!!! She also has lost the MOST so far with 6lbs!!! Way to go Mel you are truly a ROCKSTAR!!!0 -

Ok, I have to share this. I found this website the other day and I just love it. It's called Weight Mirror. The picture on the left is me, as of yesterday at 239 lbs. The picture on the right is me at my goal weight of 184 lbs. I'm so excited to look like the AFTER picture!
I guess I'll have to work on it. The pic was too big. LOL

Well, my weight today is 239 lbs. I can't seem to get past this 239 - 241 range. I feel like I'm destined to be 240 forever. I'm getting a bit discouraged.0

Current weight = 144.8lbs
I am SO FRUSTRATED. The numbers are going down but I am nowhere near enough to goal to be inching down by fractions of a lb!0 -
Hey everyone sorry this post is late! My son is extremely sick and we've been in and out of the hospital :brokenheart: So this week I want you to stop and evaluate what you're eating! Are you eating good calories? Are you drinking water? Are you eating fruits and veggies? If you've answered no to any of these questions get ready for a challenge that pertains to you!
Eating Good, Feeling Great Challenge:
1) For the next 7 days you need to eat one fruit and one veggie at EACH meal EVERYday!
2) 64 oz of water
3) If you're not drinking water be careful not to "drink your calories"....substitute a sugary drink for something with less sugar! (crystal light is the best!!!)
4) Cut out some of your sugar intake
5) Complete your food diary EVERYDAY!!! Even if you know you went over, you should still complete it!
You CAN do it! As important as exercising is, eating right is what will really make the weight melt off!!! Give it one week and I guarantee you will feel and look great!!!!0 -

Haven't heard from Eddie or ltfitz yet BUT our team lost a total of 6lbs this week! Not bad! Our Rockstar Award goes to TANYA for losing 3 lbs this week!!! Great Job Tanya!!! Our YOU GO GIRL award goes to Mary for losing the most overall weight so far at 7.2 lbs!!! You guys are amazing!!!! I will update the rest when I hear from Eddie and ltfitz!!!
