Well I don't know how to post pics, but my profile picture is a side by side of start and current. I started in January and so far I have lost 49 pounds and 30 inches. Still a little more to go, but I am feeling pretty good about the process. I will be running my first half marathon in three weeks!!!

You look great. That's what I'm looking forward to. Getting rid of my round face.

Mine is not nearly as impressive as most, but...

Yeah, I had to get a cosplay photo in there, haha. Going out in public like that was a huge milestone after a lifetime of fatness-induced self-consciousness. Dat chin definition tho

Before photos are from 2008, I was around 170lbs at 5'5. I maintained around 120 lbs from 2010 until earlier this year where I gained a bit. Last photo was just this weekend at 130lbs. I still have some work to do, but I feel so much better.

Congratulations! You look great. Love the cosplay.

I have lost just under 45kgs so far... I still have about 30kgs to go until my goal wait. I was not at my highest in these photos... but there is about 25kgs+ difference between them.

Sometimes I look in the mirror and feel like I haven't lost anything, but seeing old pictures really helps keep me motivated. I still struggle with self esteem issues but I'm getting better, and my family and boyfriend are very supportive.

You are GORGEOUS! -Before AND after!

End game? No, but healthier and much happier 18 months in and 12 months from the first photo.

At the time of the photo, I was on 24 hour a day oxygen, couldn't walk more than a block, if that. Now I can put in miles a day, not as many as I want to, but it is still a work in progress.

Wow, so happy for you. You just look uncomfortable in that before pic! congrats on losing the oxygen and getting your mobility back. You totally rock, and keep up the good work!

Sorry for seemingly spamming the forum, but I finally got sizing right. Mods please delete my prior posts immediately above. The "edit" button apparently doesn't edit so much as it creates a new forum post.

These 2 are from early April, 2013, when I weighed 340 pounds.

These 2 are my latest progress pics, from the beginning of the month (Aug 2014) at 188 pounds.

SUPER, dude! That is a wonderful transformation! Hope you are enjoying the heck out of that!

I’ve gained a couple since then, but still marching to get to about 180.

This is my success from March 2012 to June 2013. (I was actually 2 months pregnant in the after pic but didn't know it yet) Now I am working on getting off the baby weight. But this is my motivation to keep going!

I'm similar to where you started. What did you do and how did you keep motivated? Also what was your food like?
