    Lost 4.6 in August, plus another 4 pounds the very first week of MFP (wish all weeks could be like the first!)
    Only down .4 this past week, but I'll forgive that since it is that "time" and I retain water like crazy.

    I have hit a plateau. I have not been able to lose weight for about a month. I am working out 155-160/min weekly and keeping calories between 1200-1300 and becoming very frustrated.

    Hey all!! Feeling great just started about 10 days ago! Already i feel physically better! Drinking water is especially difficult for me as i tend to forget. My puppy is keeping my exercise up to date. With this program i am reading a lot more labels than ever before. Who knew normal portions and regular exercise could be this easy!

    I'm in - think this may be a thread I used to post in more than a year ago and then concentrated more on cycling and this took a sideline - want to do both now!! Not least because I've got a trip to NY booked at the beginning of November and I don't want to be looking back at fat pictures for years to come! My aim is to lose a stone by then...in just under 9 weeks. Perfectly do-able if I stick to the programme!!!
