Returning to running after a short break (um, well okay...ten year break). Doing C25K and my 5k is 9/20. So my goal for the month is to complete the 5K and then proceed to the next goal...training for a half marathon. With perhaps not so long a break as last time. Good luck to all on your goals!0

9/7: ran 3.12 in the Hilo Bay 5k---and won my age division with a personal best! Woot!
