    Every weekend I make a recipe and divide it into portions for my lunch during the week. This week I made a vegan lentil "meatloaf". So I've been packing that for lunch along with some fresh veggies (carrots, celery, cucumber) and some cottage cheese. For snack i'll usually pack some almonds, and apple, or have an energy bar with me if I head to the gym after work/class before dinner!

    I'm taking deli turkey and provolone cheese and a fruit for lunch.
    Snacks: granola, celery, apple and peanut butter

    Usually anywhere from 9-14 ounces of meat, a bag of frozen veggies, one or two pieces of fruit, and a yogurt

    I make a batch of soup on the weekend and that's my lunch for the week with a bread roll - this week it's red capsicum and LSA. Snacks are carrots, cheese, apple, rice crackers and yoghurt.

    Lunch: 1/2 cup brown rice, 4oz of chicken breast with Frank's buffalo sauce, broccoli stir fry veggie mix. One Skinny cow milk chocolate wafer.

    Snack: Greek yogurt for morning snack & protein bar for the afternoon.

    Today was 3 small homemade corn tortillas with 4 oz of ground turkey dressed with romaine, cilantro, onions, and salsa. 375 calories. Snack was a granny smith apple.

    Lunch: 2/3c corn; 3oz chicken.
    Snack: 30g flatbread chips + 1T natural peanut butter (am) & 1/2c chez mix (pm)

    Smoothie - I drink some for snack and some for lunch.
    Today was orange juice, greek yogurt, banana, skim milk powder, blackberries, ice.

    I have some homemade shepherd's pie (potatoes contain a splash of skim, a little butter, and chive cream cheese) with deliciously seasoned hamburger and corn topped with American cheese, and my snack will most likely be my kettle cooked salt and vinegar potato chips with some red grapes on the side. Nom nom nom!

    Lunch:

    4 Slices of Weight Watchers bread
    4 slices of Turkey breast (Deli)
    2 Tablespoons of Miracle Whip

    Snacks:
    1 Banana
    1 Activia Greek Yogurt
    1 Fiber One bar
    1 24g bag of baked lays chips

    At 10AM I have a Fiber One and the Baked Lays
    Lunch I'll have my Sandwiches
    At 2PM I'll have my Yogurt and Banana

    And I'll drink 3L(12 Cups) of water during my work day.

    Today's lunch is:
    A serving of triscuits with two wedges laughing cow light creamy swiss. a few dried apricots, and a 100 calorie pack of natural almonds.
    Also hanging out in my lunchbox for snack time is a coconut yogurt, beef jerky, and a vanilla coke zero.

    On nice days like this I like things with no fuss and no heat so I can take it to the park to eat and get a short walk in.

    Today: Two pieces of white bread with deli turkey for lunch. I think I'm going to pick up a small salad to go with it.
    Snacks Include: pretzels, Nature Valley Oatmeal bar.

    I really need to get to the grocery store to pick up some fruits and veggies!

    5 oz of black berries/raspberries
    1 oz of macadams sharp cheddar cheese

    That's for making me hunger with what everyone is bringing!!

    Mid morning snack - 1/2 cup of banana chips
    Lunch - 6oz seasoned chicken breast, a Roma tomato & a heap of mixed veggies
    Mid afternoon snack - Nutribullet smoothie consisting of 1/4 cup of dry oats, 2 cups spinach, 1/2 cup 1%milk, 1 tbsp peanut butter (it kills me to measure out peanut butter -it should be its own food group :wink: :wink: )

    Mmm these all sound so tasty!

    I've got a bit of a splurge lunch today. Some leftover homemade spaghetti from the other night. And for snacks I've brought a banana and some coconut greek yogurt.

    Lunch "Pizza" No sauce, I am allergic to tomatoes. Quick spray of pam, sprinkle of Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper on roll-up tosted in toaster oven for 3-5 minutes until crispy, chop up mushrooms, and spinach, mix with cheese cover roll up, toast for another 5 minutes. (SOOO Stinking good. I wish I could have diced tomatoes on it, Would definitely take it over the top!)

    6 - 8 oz of grilled chicken thighs
    1-1/2 cups vegies (spinach today)
    1 banana
    2 cups fruit salad (cantaloupe, strawberries & grapes)

    Always have mixed nuts or rice crackers in my desk drawer

    I eat almost the same thing for lunch every day at work. a low cal tv dinner and an apple. Today it's some Margherita chicken balsamic healthy choice thing and a gala apple. I'll eat a banana after I go to the gym around 4:30.

    I have 2 kids under 4 and while I eat pretty clean outside of work and on the weekends I need something that doesn't require thought or I'm eating out for lunch. We have fabulous restaurants near my work. I'd probably eat indian food like every day without the frozen meal.

    Popcorner's kettle chips for snack if I'm hungry.

    I graze throughout the day, but by the time dinner rolls around i'll usually have eaten 2 hard boiled eggs, 2oz of reduced fat cheese, a quest bar and some cherry tomatoes or other type of veggie
