I am at 20.2 hours so far although I have only included work outs I have not included walking our puppy Smudge:
3rd - 9th Jan 3 hours 56 minutes of a mix of rowing, exercise bike, aquarobics and box fit
10th - 16th Jan - 6 hours 11 minutes mix of rowing, exercise bike, aquarobics, box fit, latino dance, circuits and spin
17th - 23rd Jan - 6 hours 41 minutes rowing, exercise bike, aquarobics, box fit, latino dance, body pump and body attack
so far this week I have done 3 hours 25 minutes of box fit, aquarobics and body attack, I will do around 40 minutes tonight and tomorrow I have an hour of body attack followed by an hour of body pump.0 -
Only just joined MFP, hope you guys are carrying this on into Feb! I am definately inerested in doing this and keep motivated, I do about an hours cardio at the gym but its sporadic and need to get a new (some sort of) routine in and get these lbs off me!
If we are going to continue into feb will you guys start a new forum post or carry it on in here?
