So I was doing extremely well last winter/spring. The I returned to work from Mat leave and was run ragged with kids sports and activities and exercise fell by the wayside. I'm ready to get back to it. While I didn't gain, I didn't lose either. So here I go.

This month I am going to lower my expectations a little as it is taking more effort to lose weight as I get lighter. My goal is 3lbs.

Came in last month barely below the goal by .5 pounds. This month and next month id be happy with 4 pounds which would put me at my original goal, but going to keep working hard and eating right and just see what happens!0 -
Okay, I have spent more than a month only doing this halfway, and the last couple of weeks just sabotaging myself in my efforts. But it's time to make a change and get back on board with something I KNOW I am capable of doing. No more being comfortable where I am. I have been changing around my workouts but it's time to buckle back down on the food again.

I'd love to join! I'm having trouble with staying motivated through the day at the moment, and I think this will help! I had my son a year ago and have had real trouble shedding any of the pregnancy weight, which I really need to do for health reasons before considering baby number 2! I'd like to feel healthier, more comfortable in my body, and be a healthy and long-lived mama for my boy
