October 1, 2014.
At the gym at 5:45 this morning: 30 min back exercises, 45 minute HIIT on the elliptical: 30 seconds all out, 30 seconds recovery and 1 min build up to full throttle. Repeat every two minutes.
B-L and D in my office: Oats and yogurt for breakfast, salmon and cabbage for lunch, chicken breast and zucchini for dinner.
I am going to deflate 6 lbs in October. Got an extra 20 to unload.
