24 Hour Challenge - October

I love the 24hr exercise challenge. I don't always make it but I usually exercise more because of this challenge.
Some people are able to go way over and some don't make it but have fun trying. We had phenomenal participation last month!

The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of October. Good luck everybody! We've got this!

(No group, we just post here as we go)

Thanks for starting this up! Had a great time with the September challenge and realising how much i actually do!

    Now to start October!

    1/10: 63 minutes (cardio)

    Total: 63 minutes
    Time left: 1377/1440
  • I was debating whether to do October or not, because traditionally it is a rather painful month for me. (Fibromyalgia just looooves those weather fronts!) But I am going to go ahead and throw my lot in with y'all. I will anticipate good rather than bad!

This sounds like a good idea!
I have a swim class so that guarantees at least two hours a week. :)

I'm in again! I had an amazing September. That will be difficult (if not impossible) to beat with the weather here in Colorado turning colder already, but I will give it my best shot!
