Hi! I am restarting MFP after a long time away and I am looking to hit the ground running. My neighbors and I just joined the Y and we are having a lot of fun trying out the fitness classes this month. I think this group will be a great way to stay motivated and on track.

I'm SO close to 25% of the way there. That's incredibly exciting.0 -
I have chosen October as the month to cut out diet drinks. I am also getting back on track with better eating and exercise. My big challenge this month will be a Girl's Weekend. I won't be tracking or restricting that weekend, so let's hope I can make up for it with healthy living the rest of the month. I have my goal at losing 0.5 lbs per week, so that's what my GW is based on. My FD is set to private, but feel free to friend me.

I love accountability to go along with my 30 day shred! The steroids, antidepressants, and now depakote have really done a number....so I'm fighting back! It's the only med that has helped with the dizziness, so can't quit it because of my weight! Here we go:
