Have you seen the results on the measurements and the scale??
This was a great idea. Thank you so much and I am so up for February's challenge. I have lost 7lbs in 3 weels which is great. As usual I forgot to take measurements when I started but can see and feel the difference in my clothes. Not quite at 24 hours yet but have a session at the gym tomorrow so will probably finish then. So excited :bigsmile:
