    Sorry I'm a bit late but hope I can still join based on my weight logs from the past few days.

    CW: unknown until tomorrow - around 120-122 lbs

    10/04 Sat: 118.5 lbs (inaccurate as I was partying all night with no food and no alcohol and slept all day without eating. Weighed myself having not eaten yet for 24 hours)

    Considering I had one day totally off the rails, consuming an entire block of chocolate and a whole pepperoni pizza, I'm very happy with the progress so far! But I do find that because I have a lot to lose, the first few come off very easily..after the first week or two is when the real stuff begins ;)

    I weighed in yesterday morning and I was actually a little surprised to see a loss because I hadn't done my best that week. I'm happy about it though! And then I proceeded to have a little cheat day. But today I am determined to get a really good workout in and sweat it all off and get my butt right back on track. Hoping to have a great loss by next week!

    I weighed in Sunday morning. I know that the loss is a little inflated because yesterday was a fast day for me. My goal is to work out three times this week and continue tracking my calories. Being consistent is my biggest challenge.

    I have been so off track lately. I've decided that I'm not going to drink for this month and see if it helps me. I tend to overeat when I drink, and the added calories aren't my favorite thing in the world. I was down to 141.5 until I went to Los Angleles for a couple weeks and then my weight went up to 145. I hope joining this group helps!!!
