I have been so off track lately. I've decided that I'm not going to drink for this month and see if it helps me. I tend to overeat when I drink, and the added calories aren't my favorite thing in the world. I was down to 141.5 until I went to Los Angleles for a couple weeks and then my weight went up to 145. I hope joining this group helps!!!0 -

Weekends seem to be my downfall. I have a lot of control over breakfast and what foods I take to the office during the week. Saturdays and Sundays are much less structured, less planning and less time to log.
