    Don't know if I'll make it, but I'd be curious to try!

    Goal: 24 hours/1440 minutes
    10/1: 60 minute walk
    10/2: 10 minute strength/static exercises
    10/3: 10 minutes Swork/circuit training

    Starting off slow, but hope to catch up once I beat this cold!

    10/4: 20 minute circuit training, 20 minute rowing, 10 minute yoga, total time: 50 min

    Total time: 130 minutes

    10/2: 60 minutes of walking one lap, jogging one lap.
    10/3: Nothing.
    10/4: 35 minutes jogged 2.25 miles, 85 minutes walking 4.5 miles.

    I am currently recuperating from a bulging disc and pinched nerve. I haven't done any exercise in over 6 weeks. This sounds like just the thing to get me started back. I guess it will have to be mostly walking, but that is better than the nothing that I have been doing! I am glad I found you guys!

    Had flag football practice yesterday, today is a rest day. My patellar tendon has been acting up and I need to preserve it so I can play my sports.
