    10/1 Weds - 30min bike and 15min strength (23.5 hrs left)
    10/3 Fri - 30min bike (intervals) and 15min strength (22.75 hrs left)
    10/4 Sat - 45min bike and 15min strength (21.75 hrs left)
    10/5 Sun - 30min bike, 15min strength, and 60min restorative yoga (20hrs left)

    I am currently recuperating from a bulging disc and pinched nerve. I haven't done any exercise in over 6 weeks. This sounds like just the thing to get me started back. I guess it will have to be mostly walking, but that is better than the nothing that I have been doing! I am glad I found you guys!

    1. 10-4 SLOW walk on the treadmill. 30 minutes

    Had flag football practice yesterday, today is a rest day. My patellar tendon has been acting up and I need to preserve it so I can play my sports.

    10/1 - rest
    10/2 - 90 minutes of volleyball practice
    10/3 - 90 minutes of flag football practice
    10/4 - rest

    3:00 completed, 21:00 remaining

    10/04--66 minutes walking
    10/05--77 minutes cycling (not using that bike again)

    10/4: Rest (I had to change my schedule and didn't get the gym figured out in time--next week will be better!)
    10/5: 60 minutes (30 strength and 30 cardio)

    New to this thread so this is a catch up post:

    Goal: To work out for 24 hours in October
    w = walk, b = bicycle, t = HIIT, s = spinning, z = zumba

    10/1: 21:24(w), 37:25(w) = 58:49 minutes
    10/2: 34:02(w), 22:09(w) = 56:11 minutes
    10/3: 8:36(w), 31:10 (b), 36:10(w) = 1:15:56 hour+
    10/4: 1:28:27(b), 1:42:29(b) = 3:10:56 hours+
    10/5: 12:02(w), 35:00(w) = 47:03 - total: 7:08:55 roughly 17 hours to go....

    I'm in !! This is how I track most of my workouts so I like it.

    10/1 - 70 min
    10/2 - 50 min
    10/3 - 65 min
    10/4 - 70 min
    10/5 - 30 min

    = 4.75 hrs / 24

    Okay, so I know I posted this morning, but here is today added.

    10/1- 45 minutes (elliptical)
    10/2- 60 minutes (body pump class)
    10/3- 20 minutes (elliptical) & 25 minute run (9min. mile)
    10/4- rest day
    10/5- 30 minute run (9min. mile)
    10/6- 30 minutes (elliptical), 30 minutes run (~9min. mile)

    Sun 5th October ~ 193 mins, 45 mile bike ride.
    Mon 6th October ~ 70 mins Cardio, 30 mins strength training.
