I've gained 10lbs between the months of May - September due to working overnights and quitting MMA (can't afford it)...
Now I'm hitting the gym in hopes to lose 10-15lbs by December.
I'm a petite person (5"1') and the scale that measures body fat said I'm about 24% fat and my weight was around 122. :indifferent: *sighs* But I'd like to tone up and build some lean muscle mass as well to make everyday lifting a lot easier for me.:sick:0 -

I am absolutely in! I have put on too much weight over the last 6 months. I am such a stress eater and with my husband being laid off, I have not dealt with it well. Need to face to scale because I have been avoiding it. Going back to kickboxing tonight (I pay for it so I should go

I am aiming to lose 20-30lbs! BY Christmas would be wonderful but overall just want to lose and keep it off no matter how long it takes! I just started a low carb diet 7 days ago and already down about 5 lbs! So far it is going in the right direction! I would love to have additional support and motivation/accountability!0
