Hi group! Obviously it is way too close for me to jump on the wagon to try and lose mega weight before Valentines Day! This Message board looks great! I love the updates and how someone took the time to put together a chart! Excellent job moving toward your goal "group"---- I would definitley be interested in participating in the next challenge. Hopefully after Valentines Day there is a new Holiday to reach!

I know it's late but I would like to join...I am going on a Valentine's day trip with the hubby and would love to lose about 8 more lbs. by then. I've already been tracking my weight loss. Really I'm just dying to see those 160's again. I was seeing them before we went on a Disney World trip and ate everything in site.
I started at the beginning of Jan.
1/1-180
1/8-177
1/15-175
1/22-176 (was sick this week...just ate everything that I could to get better)
1/29-173.4

I worked out less this week but also ate less because i was sick. I think some of the weight loss might be muscle (so i may gain it back this week)

Down 3 lbs this week and excited to be back on track! If i really kick it into gear these last 2 weeks with exercising I'll be able to reach my goal! I'll post an updated spreadsheet tomorrow after everyone gets their weight in.

Bought a new scale so I was actaully 3 pounds heavier....now I'm back to 177 (on the new scale this time), but that was from me being sick not from working out....hopefully I'll feel better soon and get back to work0 -
Gained about pound. I Had a rough week I'll be having my TOM later this week and into the weigh in next week - so I don't think I'll be making my goal. I'm also getting sick so depending on how bad this cold gets well determine how much I'm able to work out - but I'm going to keep truckin' along!!!!

i finally lost some weight. I was moving into my new house all weekend, so i'm sure that had something to do with it. but lost 2 lbs this week! i'm at 146.8!0

I didn't eat very healthy this weekend, with going out, brunches etc.. thankfully for the gym..

Woohoo! Down 3lbs. I feel like I'm finally kicking it into high gear. Not sure if I can lose ANOTHER 3lbs this week to meet my goal, but I'm in a good place and I'm happy with my 21lbs weight loss so far! WOOHOO! Last week everyone! Lets lose some weight!!!!!!
