100 Push Up Challenge Week One Jan 31st

I am going to do it Mon, Wed, and Fri.
We can check in after each day we do the program. (if thats not to much)
Or on Fridays. (if that is what you would rater do)
Thinking just stopping by to say how many you did that day or week and what level and day you are on (if you have a smart phone get the app its very helpful)
and of course motivate each other to push further!
If you want to join just copy the list of names and add yours to the bottom!
Can't wait to see how many people join us.

I took the "test" yesterday. I can barely do any now, but I'm excited to get better!0 -
I can do one push up! One hundred would be pretty fantastic. Got the smart phone app, thanks for the suggestion!

I'm definitely in, and I'm definite starting at Level 1!0 -
I did these workouts right back when i was getting into exercise etc.
completed all of it. pushups/squats/situps.
isnt there a new one now too? must have a look!
The squats one is really easy actually. Takes no time at all to smash out the sets.
Another you can expand on the challenge is to add a weighted vest for the pushups. Or use a BB for the squats. Now there's an idea!0 -

Sorry for the double post, but I just did my week one day one! And I can feel it :laugh:
I actually managed five at the end, which is as many as I could do in the initial test.0 -
Im in! Ill take the test and see where i fall! Looking foward! Back in the day i think I could do like 30 I dont think i was ever able to do 100 so that sounds nice!!!!:drinker: Just did the test I was able to do 10...not as bad as I thought but def not where I wanna be....ok Im def in!!!0

Hi! I just started the challenge today! On my initial test, I was able to do 31 push-up on the knees (I cant do more than 2 on the toes so I guess I will continue on the knees for a while...) So Im starting at week 3, day 1, and did 80 push-ups.

How ironic, I just started this this morning!

total of 12 sit ups three of them I did modified just to get through it... Also could not push up from the floor on the last set, lol, may have to repeat the first day just to gain strength for the second one.0 -

Week 1, Day 1, Set 2 completed! Total 28 pushups today!!! Full pushups too baby!! YEAH YEAH!!
I just sat there and waited for my 60 sec to be up, ha we'll see that Day 2 brings0 -
Great job everyone!
I tried to do a standard push up and about ate it! So I am doing them on my knees.
I did Level 1 Week one. I did 20!
Then I put on my EA Active 2 and had to do 30 more! So I am really feeling! Looking forward to Checking back in Wed. And will be keeping up with everyone in the mean time! I really looks like we have a GREAT group and I am very excited with it being the first challenge I have posted!

Ok starting tonight! Had Boot Camp today and chest is a pit sore but looking forward! Will do Monday Wed and Fri! When this is finished would like to do sit up one!! Good Luck Team mates!! Cant wait to do 100 of them!!0
