      I know it took a lot to post these, but it's truely appreciated. The bulk of my inspiration comes from these success stories. Sometimes I look at how much weight I have to lose and it seems impossible - stories like yours are part of what keeps me going!

      You look great! You look like a totally different person. I've been struggling with weight loss for some time and I think I am finally ready to do this once and for all. I am a vegan but I need to lose 30 pounds. I hope I have the success you have been having because you and every positive, uplifting individual on this site have inspired me to go for the goal!

      Thank you for sharing. I imagine it was a struggle to post your before pictures, as it is difficult to look back and realize that your had "let yourself go". That was my "aha moment" when I saw myself in a picture and I thought I looked hot!! Congratulations on working so hard to transform yourself.
      Be proud, you have accomplished so much. If you can do it, I can too!
