I want to do this with you guys. I am on L1 D4 of the shred, but i will start over. I didn' t knoe jillian had a slimming plan. The other dvds were just gathering dust. Because i wanted to do 30 days straight. Yay! I am excited.0

Can I still join this challenge if I only have the 30 day shred dvd? I will go out and look for those dvds tomorrow as well. I'm going to stick to home workouts since this snow outside doesn't seem to be going anywhere and were supposed to get hammered soon.0

arggghh! this is gutting! i only have 30DS and I have an injured knee (as of yesterday!!) Will you be running this again in March?? that way I can get hold of all the DVDs before then as well? xx0

Yay great! I'm quite sore today...you'd think I'd be fine since I just finished the Shred! Back to Level 1 but I did it with the 5lb weight all the way through...very tiring!!0

This is perfect timing I had just started Jillian's workouts again and yesterday did BFBM so would LOVE to join you all :bigsmile: I am doing her DVD's along with Kettleworx so don't know how accurate the results will be :laugh: but would love the support along the way

Was this a challenge that was created by Jillian Michaels or are you just combining her things together into one power workout challenge?
I just started my first attempt at the 30 Day Shred yesterday and am going to do it for the full 30 days but would love to try this starting March 1 if anyone else can't start in February!0 -
i just want to clarify that i won't be starting this until tomorrow... sounds like some people have already started.. I'll probably be taking tonight off :-)0

Over here in Ireland we have only just gone midnight so will be sleeping and start this tomorrow which would be the offical 1st of the month here :laugh:

Ok here are the results from today :bigsmile: I also did 25 mins Kettleworx and 53 mins of Zumba my body feels like jelly now :laugh:

i was feeling sick today. i think i am coming down with a cold. anyways since i said i wanted in on the challenge i forced myself to do the shred today. it felt good to sweat it out. it's funny how i feel like i have more energy after i work out than before.0

we will be posting just our weight if u want to do measurements you can but its not necessary.
ALSO if u want to u can take a BEFORE pic but DO NOT post it email it to me on here and i won't post it til the end of this month's challenge..take an AFTER pic on feb 28 and email it to me...that way i'll put everyone who participated BEFORE AND AFTER pix all in one post.
also u may come in everyday and talk about ur experience doing the jillian michaels program.
