Right now I cycle between 15min recumbent bike - 30 min walking at 3mph/3.5 incline - 15min bike again then weights. I think I'm going to change that to 15 min bike - 10 min walking - 10 min intervals - 10 min walking - 15 min bike then weights.0 -
