    i only did 30 minutes today, it wasn't intentional exercise but i had to catch a far away bus. tomorrow 60 minutes!

    1st - 2hrs 20 mins (2 hours gentle walking with my mum and gran & 20 mins 30 Day Shred Level 1 Day 2)
    2nd - 1 hr 20 mins (30 mins C25K W1D2 on the Cross Trainer because of a niggly ankle & 20 mins £0 Day Shred L1 D3)

    20 hrs 20 mins to go!!
