What are your February goals?

  • 1. To get below 145
    2. To hit the gym at least 3x a week

  • My February goals are:

    1) Start 30 Day Shred once it arrives
    2) Lose at least 5lbs (hoping for 7lbs!)
    3) Plan my meals the night before
    4) To finally start using my gym membership
    5) To walk for at least 30 minutes a day

    My February Goals:

    1) Lose 12 lbs (bumping up what I did in Jan by 2 lbs.)
    2) No more snacking at night, even if its healthy!
    3) Increase my calories burned to 3500 per week!
    4) Continuing my workouts @ 7 times per week but increasing the time by 15 minutes.

    Be able to run a full 5k.

    Lose at least some of the muffin top.

    Fit back into those blasted skinny jeans I only wore twice.
  • 1. go to two spinning classes a week
    2. do cardio machines three times a week
    3. dont drink a bottle of wine in one night :)
    4. stop focusing negatively on my "*kitten* shelf"
  • Hmm. Goals for February.

    1. Lose 10 pounds
    2. NO cheat days (I do great for a couple of weeks, then cheat for 2-3days..totally ruining all of my hard work).
    3. Finish 30 Day Shred + 5 days Cardio
    4. Watch that sodium (tricky b word)
    5. Not be sad on Valentines Day, even though I will be single..I can still enjoy it, right?
    6. Weigh only on the 1st. Not again till March. (i'm a total scale addict).
    7. Basically, just keep up with what I CAN do..its those damn binge/cheat days that totally mess with me. None at all the entire month. && after I lose those 10 pounds, maybe I'll treat myself with one treat (instead of 20).

    My goals are to continue:

    1. to stay focus
    2. to eat healthy
    3. to stay focus
    4. to hit the gym 6 days or exercise to the dvds or gaming system
    5. to stay focus
    6. to log my daily calorie intake
    7. to stay focus
    8. to post on the board whenever I can
    9. to stay focus
    10. to lose whatever pounds the weight loss fairy grants me
    11. to stay focus
    12. to get in at least 12 cups of water daily


    Oh as you can see staying focus is going to allow me to achieve every one of my goals in Feb. :bigsmile:

    mine would have to be:
    1) drink more water each day; as i usually only get in about 4 glasses :(
    2) stay under my calories everyday
    3) try to really stick to better food choices
    4) loose about 8 lbs
    5) try to exercise at least 6 days a week

    1. Drink my water
    2. Exercise in some form at least 3-4 times a week
    3. Be conscious of what I'm eating and track it on MFP
    4. Lose 8-10 lbs.

    My goals for February include:
    1. Being active everyday for at least 30 minutes
    2. Log into myfitnesspal everyday
    3. Stay within my calories
    4. Aim to lose 5 lbs.
    5. Don't fall off the bandwagon.... remember that nothing tastes as good as thin feels!

    1 - log into MFP everyday to help me stay honest

    2- excersise more

    3- Leave the car at home more and walk instead

    4 - I want to loose 10lb but will be happy with 7
  • - Lose 5lbs before February 28th

    - Continue Zumba at least once a week

    - Do a mile in 11 minutes, possibly 10

    - Do 10 miles on the treadmill in the month of February (minimum)

    - Be able to do chest presses(?) with at least 5kgs

    - Keep takeaways to a minimum

    Good post. It's a short month, so I'm trying to set mini-goals so I don't get discouraged (lost my first 6 lbs in January):

    1. More time being active - less time at the computer (finding time to exercise is easy if I just put down the FB!)
    2. Lose 2 more pounds.
    3. Cook more meals at home
    4. Be able to touch my toes in Yoga class

    1) Fast Food Free February...goal is to eat NONE!
    2) Log every Bite, Lick and Taste on MFP
    3) Drink more water (at least 10 cups a day)
    4) Exercise more
    5) start measuring inches
    6) Lose at least 5lbs.

    Well, ambitious aren't we?? This is really my goal for each month...if I do these things, results happen!

    A) no more fast food...not even for my child
    B) at least 10 glasses of water a day.
    C) Exercise daily even if its for 15minutes
    D) use less ketchup...lol
    E) LOG EVERYTHING on MFP
    F) Take pictures once a week to log the results
    G) No excuses!!!!

    I strive from this day forward to be better than I was the day before!

    1. Drink all 8 glasses of H20 everyday
    2. Meet possible exceed my quarterly weight loss goal (Feb 14)
    3. Increase my time running

    My goals for February:

    1. Log everything on MFP!
    2. Stay within my calorie goals at LEAST 3 days each week
    3. Exercise at LEAST 3 days a week (this doesn't include my walk to and from work each day!)
    4. Only have a treat size chocolate once a week (not a big bar 4 nights a week like this week!)
    5. Remember how good it feels to be able to log a weight loss.

    24hours of exercise by the end of February

    going for 12lb but will be happy if I lose at least 10lbs

    2. Drink 8 glasses of water per day
    3. 5 minutes of exercise at work every day

    1. Start running again (been injured and recovering since Sept 2010)

    2. Start lifting weights 3 days a week.

    3. Get down to 170 (Currently 177)
