    Just one question....How did you do it? I am struggling to stay on track and focused. My beginning weight in October 2009 was 324#, I began a diet plan with Metabolic Weight Loss Systems and lost close to 55#, I was down to 269# but could not afford to continue going due to a job layoff and having to take a cut in pay. I am now back up to 300# and a friend turned me on to this website, but I am still struggling.....You are such an inspiration to me, I keep telling myself I can do this but I keep getting off track.

    I guess I am needing some suggestions for meals and exercise planning.....and again, Thank you for posting the before and after.....You are such a beautiful woman no matter what size you were!!!!! :smile:
