Lose 5 Pounds a Month February 2011

Hi All!
Last week I lost .3 of a pound. Not so great. This week I am down .5. Part of me is upset with myself, but I don't have a reason to be because I am working out everyday and have not been over my calories once. So what gives?
This week I am going to increase my water intake as it isn't the best.

to all of you wonderful people, thanks for helping me keep my head in the game with all of my new distractions. although the scale is still up, it is edging down again. I know I can get back to where I was last august with some steady motivation and then I can continue on to my goal.
Thanks to all of you who commented on my daughter's photo. It was a great time and I am one proud mama. Plus I really love weddings. I hope I can show you some more pix once the girl gets them uploaded to share.0 -
Sorry, I haven't been posting much...I'm still hanging in here.. I've been eating only soup, mashed potatoes, oatmeal, yogurt, ice cream, and peanut butter since Monday.. I hate it. My right side of my mouth is fine, my left side still hurts. I'm sleeping much better but ot being able to eat solid foods just yet sucks. I want to bite into an apple or dark chocolate. I really want some Chick-fil-a or a big ol' cheeseburger..lol. Our weather is slowly warming up..suppose to be almost 50* in some spots throughout the next week. Hoping to be 100% recovered so I can get out there and walk/run. Hope you all had a good weekend and a great weekend! See ya Monday for a weigh in .. XoxoxoX Bru0

This mini goal met but I hope it stays met through the end month. I am so scared of everything just reversing like everything else I have tried does.

I am down 2 pounds from when I posted this to 189! 3 more to go in the next 21 days. It is do-able!

Well im down 0.2 lol wow... Well I'm planning 3! exercise days next week since i got a pass at my school gym : )
hopefully next week will be better. I even work morning/day shift all week and have tuesday, wednesday, thursday AND saturday where I don't have to wake up in the dark hours of the morning so the night before each of these I get to go exercise :happy: Im only planning 3 but I do have 4 chances so if one screws up im good and if I go all 4 im great!!! Im so glad to have finally found a good routine.
So Im super tired today didn't get off work till 10 last night in bed by 11 and back up at 4:30 for work again ugh this is getting old haha but I am going to be able to get some sleep tonight thank goodness (im actually headed there after this post) But I just wanted to share my weigh in and my progress : )

i was very good during the weekend - the only exception was a glass of red wine yesterday but it seems it didn't do my any harm - it was simply delicious!
I went hiking on saturday with a girlfriend - 12km through mud! the weather was not that great , we saw a bit of sun...but it felt great to work out outdoors for a change and get some fresh air. It was much needed.
This morning i went to train before work to the gym and as i was leaving i got a red rose from the receptionist at the club - they were gving all women red roses for valentine's day. I found it sweet - an additional reward for going training today.

FINALLY PASSED MY PRE-CHRISTMAS WEIGHT! Yay!!!! Of course, my liquid only foods this past week had some to do with that, but it was lots of mashed potatoes, soup and oatmeal, aka lots of sodium.. but that's ok, my body needed a switch up anyway

Was so glad to see a loss. I went a little overboard yesterday with the pizza. But I did manage to workout all weekend even with my nephew and niece here for a visit. Going to miss my aerobics class tonight so I can have a suprise date with my bf!!! But I am sad I am going to miss it !!
