I completely forgot to weigh in this morning :bigsmile:so I'll weigh tomorrow and check back in. Not sure if I've lost much, I know I won't hit goal but I had a NSV this morning, for the first time ever I had to go in a notch on the belt on my jeans!!0

WooHoo! I did it!!! 5 lbs this month and I still have tomorrow.....although Sundays are my weigh-in day

Read most of the posts and everyone seems to be doing good! keep it up and remember that when it seems like we're not doing so great, just keep moving forward, it can only get better!

Don't be discouraged, when you get into the lower numbers it just seems like the weight is holding on for dear life LOL It was a move in the right direction and tomorrow begins another month and we're all here to support you!0 -

Got to say I am a little disappointed but then again I am only able to do this through diet alone, so I guess it's not too bad.0 -
Feb 1st: 197.6 lbs
Feb 7th: 200.4 lbs
Feb 14th: 198.0 lbs

Apparently my body didn't get the message that I was to LOSE 5 lbs this month....not GAIN it! :grumble:
TOM showed up a week early, I had a sodium filled weekend & was so busy that I didn't get to the gym. So the last few days have been terrible. But I got back at it yesterday and did great, but the scale showed even more this morning than it did yesterday for me! UGH! Thankfully FEBRUARY IS OVER! March - I've been waiting for you!!! :laugh:0 -
Shew...i held on to my loss, but i've been struggling with feeling hungry etc after the stomach flu....looking for a fresh start this coming month! and another 5 lbs!
