    You look fabulous in both pictures - but loving the muscle tone! I'm down to the last 5-10ish pounds and trying to get things toned up. How much weight did you lose to tone up?

    I dod not lose that much weigh - some 10 pounds, considering that my weight fluctuates between 135 and 140. But I went from size 10 pants to size 6.

    I believe the before pictures are a proof of the determination that you have. So, rather than being embarrassed, use them as your certificate to "Here's what I can do, once I set my mind to it!"

    One thing this site proves is that there's *always* the right time to start. It's never too late, as long as you do it NOW! :)

    WOW! It has been super hard for me to find any motivation lately to get up and actually move. These pictures are incredible. It's 12:45 pm right now and I feel like I should be working out right now! Can't wait to get up and begin my first full day! I THINK EVERYONE SHOULD BE PROUD OF THEMSELVES! 1 lb or 100lb.... we can do it!
