Wow, that is very inspiring, thanks for sharing! How did you do it? What kind of workouts do you do?
I completely changed my eating habits. I eat 5 to 6 times a day, and as clean as possible, which means no frozen foods, etc, except I do have either one protein bar or shake a day. I have the bar on my off days, and the shake on my work-out days. I have 1/2 my shake before my work-out, and the other 1/2 after the work-out. I have 1 cheat meal, not day, a week. I drinks LOTS of water and almost no soda or alcohol, though I do have a hard drink once in a while.
I do cardio 5 to 6 days a week, and weights 3 days a week. I do 30 min of cardio on my work-out days and 60min of cardio on my non-work-out days. For my work-outs I usually do one day of upper body, one day of legs, and one day is full body. My work-outs usually last 50 to 60 minutes. I do take at least one full day off a week, sometimes two.0 -

Congrats! I have started putting on the same outfit once a month and taking pictures of myself in it so I can compare...so far I only have 2 pictures, but at the end of this month I will be adding another one...it's amazing how much you have changed...awesome!0

If I can do it, anyone can. It may seem like I lost my weight in record time, but believe me, that's not the case. I started on my weight loss journey about 8 years ago. I had been working out 2 to 3 days a week and eating sometimes good but mostly bad. I would lose then gain and keep yo-yo-ing. Mostly I just stayed about the same weight fot the last 2 years.
Finally, last October I got a 'wake-up' call at work. I decided then it was time I really needed to change things in my life & decide if I really wanted to lose the weight or not. I decided that I did want to get healthier & really changed my mind set and put a lot of time and effort into my new lifestyle. It was definitely worth it.
So if a stubborn, set-in their ways person like me can make the change and lose the weight, so can anyone.
