Got through the exhaustion test yesterday. Did 21 full pushups, been a long time since I could do that many in a row!!! On to week 3 tomorrow with Rank 2!! Have a spectacular day everyone!!0

I had to quit the challenge because I got very sick for a few days (gastro). I will have to start again someday... later! :P

Repeated Week 1 fine, so Today started week 2
But...I missed Week 1 Day 3 of the Squats and sit ups. Think I'll leave them a week and start again.

Rank 1 Week 3 Day 1= 56 modified!!!! Looking back over my chart I notice that on wk 1 day 1 I was able to do 14 modified. Today I did 4 times that amount. This challenge is a very satisfying challenge.0

In lieu of the other challenges I've added a few extra upper body exercises. Seems to help a little with the push ups.0 -

Am I the only one who thinks 6 weeks is impossible?
This is my 2nd week on the week 3 day 1.

Okay, so I did my first exhaustion test today after starting the program....I was able to do 25. That is a pretty good improvement from where I started in the beginning (15)! If I wasn't encouraged, I sure am now!!!! PTL for keeping me motivated!!!!0

Exhaustion test this morning didn't go well - only scraped 21 but managed Week 3 Day 1 OK this afternoon.
