My weight in netted me a 2.0 lbs loss last week to put me at 238 lbs0 -
Sure could use the help. My Feb goal is to become overweight (209lb)...I'm obese now(225 lbs)...love the labels...at least I'm not Morbid anymore.
Great to see everyone shedding this crap out of our lives.0 -

You can do it, you lost 4 the first week, all you have to do is push through this last week, get a tight grip on those calories and add a little extra exercise,,,, oh and don't forget the water,,,, come on man three pounds is nothing.0 -

Was out of town Thurs thur Sunday this weekend and worked out Friday and Saturday and stayed at or under my calorie goal every day. I did go over on my sodium each day (WAY over on one day) so that might have something to do with it. Obviously I'm disappointed with the gain but the positives I can take from it are that the old me would have never worked out or watched what I ate when I was out of town. Only thing I can do is get back on the horse and hope for a big bounce back this week.0 -

Not much but -1lb better then gaining I guess.
The first 15lbs sure were easy compared to the last 2 weeks.
I was planing on kicking in the exercise when the weather get nicer but it looks like I may have to start it now.

Congrats to all of u dropping those pounds! I cheated bad this weekend, partied out on Thursday and Friday got loaded on blue moons, and ate a DOUGHNUT on Saturday!!

Typically the only thing that can account for that big of a swing is water weight. I wouldn't worry about it, you're pretty much there for your feb. challenge. Good work!!!0 -
